The Terms and Conditions of Petozzi apply to any offer from Petozzi and any agreement between Petozzi and the customer. By ordering and ticking the box you accept the applicability of the General Terms and Conditions of Petozzi, after you've had the opportunity to download the terms and conditions and to read them. Petozzi reserves the right to modify the Terms and conditions at any time. The conditions at time of the purchase agreement are applicable. 

The Terms and Conditions are to consult, store and print on the homepage of the website (www.petozzi.com).

1. Conclusion of contract
The (sales) agreement is concluded if an order is placed by a customer order and if this order is confirmed by Petozzi digital (order confirmation e-mail).

2. Prices and costs
The prices on the site are standard in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Printing, typographical and price changes reserved. In case of printing errors and/or misprints Petozzi is not obliged to deliver the product according to the incorrect price. 

3. Shipping
Petozzi charges a contribution to the shipping costs. Shipping costs are automatically added during check out.
The Netherlands: €3,95 per order. For other countries please check 'Shipping, exchanges & returns'.

4. Payments
You can pay through iDEAL, Paypal Bancontact or by bank transfer. Payment System runs through Sisow, so you should see them as a beneficiary in the payment process. Petozzi delivers the article, after the payment has been received. Payment must be made within 2 days of placing the order. The delivery period starts at the time Petozzi has received payment. At the time when Petozzi within 5 days has not received payment, it is entitled to dissolve the purchase agreement extrajudicially, without any right of the customer to compensation.

5. Delivery
Petozzi ships all orders with Fietskoeriers.nl. In case of foreign orders Fietskoeriers.nl will transfer the packages to other shipping services. Upon receipt of the order you will receive an order confirmation by email. If the items ordered are not in stock Petozzi will get in touch with you within 2 working days. When we receive the payment, we will pack the items for you. Petozzi sends the ordered items within 3 working days after receipt of payment. We hereby always strive for the earliest possible delivery. If the delivery exceeds the period of 30 days, you have the right to terminate the agreement and receive the money within 30 days to your account. This does not apply if the parties mutually agreed another delivery.
Petozzi is not liable for damages resulting from loss or damage to items ordered by the delivery service. When damage to the packaging upon delivery, you should contact Petozzi before opening, failing which Petozzi is not required to take your complaints. It may be that the product has been damaged by transport damage.

6. Product Liability
Petozzi is not the producer of the deliverable items and not liable for defects in the articles. If there is damage caused by defects you should contact Petozzi directly. Petozzi will forward you to the producer.

7. Returns & Exchanges 
If ( part of) the order unexpectedly does not meet the requirements, the order may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be made known in advance via email ( [email protected] ).
Please mention in your e-mail:
- Name 
- Order number 
- product 
- Reason for return 

Then you must return the unused items to Petozzi. The return should be sufficient postage, the cost of the return shipment will be paid by the customer. Returns will only be accepted if the packaging (incl. labels) of the article is intact and the article is not used. When returning items, according to the return instructions, Petozzi pays within 14 days after receiving te returning items. Petozzi reserves the right to refuse or to repay only a portion of the amount paid when it is suspected that the product has been used, the article is damaged as a result of using or if the goods are not being returned in the original packaging. Petozzi reserves the right to refuse returns or to refund only a portion of the amount paid when the items within 14 days are returned by the customer. If the size or color of the item you ordered is not to your liking, you can always exchange it ( if available ) . The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The application should always advance via email ( [email protected] ) to be announced . Once your application has been confirmed by us, you can send the items back to us .

8. Force Majeure 
Petozzi is not obliged to fulfill any obligation to the customer if it is prevented from doing so by force majeure. Force majeure shall in any case, but not exclusively, serious breakdowns decree Petozzi and transport stagnation.

9. Intellectual property
It is not permitted to copy information originating from the website of Petozzi (www.petozzi.com) without the prior written consent of Petozzi and/or distribute in any form whatsoever. The website is in its entirety, including the naming, the design, layout and text copyright protected. Petozzi is copyright holder.

10. Complaints
Petozzi strives for customer satisfaction. If you have a complaint, please send an email to [email protected]. We will then look for a correct solution in consultation.

11. Privacy
Petozzi treats information provided by consumers carefully and confidential. All personal information will only be used by Petozzi and will never be made available to third parties unless necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order.

12. Applicable law
All agreements and any disputes arising therefrom is Dutch law. The Court East Brabant, 's- Hertogenbosch has exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between Petozzi and the customer.
