Petozzi charges a contribution to the shipping costs. Shipping costs are automatically added during check out.

Petozzi dispatches the ordered items within 3 business days after receipt of payment, we hereby always strive for the earliest possible delivery. It depends on the country how long the delivery will take.
If (part of) the order unexpectedly does not meet the requirements, the order may be returned within 14 days after receipt.
Before returning the articles please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and mention in the email the following:
- order number
- reason for return.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Once you received the confirmation, you can send the unused items (on your account) to:

The cost of the return shipment will be paid by the customer.
When we receive the returned articles we will refund the paid amount (excl shipping costs) within 14 days*.
If the size or color of the article you ordered is not to your liking, you can always exchange it within 14 days after receipt (if available).
The shipping costs are for your (customer) account. The application must always be made known in advance by e-mail: email@example.com
Once your application has been confirmed by us, you can send the articles back to us.
For discounted items, a voucher for the returned amount is issued.
